POWERLASER is proud that we are one of the few rare remanufacturers who can produce top-line premium cartridges which are safe on printer and fax machine. And of course, produce wholly by our own people and not purchased and out-sourced to other cartridge maker.
There are so many brands selling in the market today. Unfortunately many of those brands purchase remanufactured cartridge from makers like us and repackaged it for sale. In short you are never getting the highest grade as we keep the best for our own marketing and distribution.
It is always advisable for customer to purchase from the direct source (us) so that your problems or queries can be served and replied professionally, and not sloppily from resellers who lacks knowledge, resources and information.
Our focus is mainly on toner and laser models which are commonly and widely used in the corporate environment.
• Compatible Ink Cartridges
For years POWERLASER has been researching on the available technology on remanufacturing ink cartridges. We have tested many compatible products that are available in the market but none passed our testing.
We also witness the long-term side effect of using refilled ink (on empty ink cartridges) and helped numerous customers solve their inkjet printer issues (when they use inferior compatible ink refills or cartridges).
It is almost impossible to achieve a perfect product until now. In July 2008, we have successfully tested and partnered CYCLETEK in marketing their ink cartridges. We are confident CYCLETEK will not have the kind of side effect found in our studies and the print quality will not defer far from the originals.
This is mainly made possible as CYCLETEK ink is not remanufactured but brand new. Every piece and parts are newly manufactured hence reduces possibilities of manufacturing defect and side effects due to human error. Best of all, you have our expertise in backing you up just like our remanufactured laser cartridges.
• Original Imaging Supplies
We know that many customers are still skeptical in using compatible cartridges. In many cases, some companies prefer to use original imaging supplies then the compatible or remanufactured ones. And in other cases, a mixture of compatible/ remanufactured and original imaging supplies is preferred.
